Within the framework of this project, the full-time employment of 1 person under the age of 25 with an OKJ professional qualification will be employed. The employed intern works in the field of vehicle and motor maintenance and repair. In addition to mentoring the company contact person, his main tasks are to get involved in the performance of professional tasks, such as technical condition assessment, instrumental – computer diagnostic tests, corrosion tests, and to uncover possible errors, prepare a list of errors, and classify the technical condition of the vehicle. The intern’s tasks will include planning the work process, as well as periodic servicing and maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, brake checks, and fluid level checks. During the employment period, the intern will have the opportunity to learn complex work processes, such as those described above, and the intern will disassemble, disassemble, and disassemble defective vehicles, assumed sub-assemblies, and main units. Improves structural units of vehicles. The trainee learns how to replace defective parts that need to be replaced, how to renew the vehicle’s components, how to adjust the electronic control of the engine.
You will also gain practice in adjusting the chassis, brake systems, and headlights. After 9 months of employment and an additional 4.5 months of further employment, the company intends to employ the intern from its own resources if he has mastered the competencies required for independent work and the cooperation is satisfactory from both parties. The main work tools required for the trainee’s work were purchased within the framework of the tender, with which the motor vehicle and motorcycle maintenance and repair tasks can be performed.
