Presentation of the project content:<\/strong>
Full-time employment of 1 entry-level trainee under the age of 25 with OKJ qualification was realized in the field of maintenance and repair of agricultural and industrial machinery (engines). The duration of the physical implementation of the project also extended to the trainee’s entire period of further employment. With the help of the corporate internship contact appointed by the company, the intern acquired the knowledge necessary for the job and helped him integrate into the workplace, and the contact documented the progress of the intern’s work in diaries. Professional tasks: installation, repair, adjustment, commissioning and maintenance of agricultural and industrial power and work machines and structures. Determining the faults of the machines, disassembling the machines, replacing faulty parts, repairing them, assembling the machines.
Disassembling, assembling and testing engines and machine parts. Manual processing of some parts, machine cutting, straightening, bending, riveting, soldering, welding, forging. Furthermore, checking and adjusting the operation of the machines. The 6-month employment was followed by a further 3-month employment period. Costs to be accounted for in the project:<\/p>\n
